Advantages

  1. Excellent removal of surface oil stains on fabrics
  2. Short production process, simple operation
  3. No SPEO substances, environmentally friendly
  4. High efficiency in low-temperature washing
  5. Alternative to Alkyl Phenol Ethoxylates

Application

1. Pre-Dyeing Treatment

Before the dyeing process, fabrics or fibers often carry residual spinning oils or processing lubricants that can hinder dye uptake and result in uneven coloration. Degreasing agents effectively cleanse the substrate, preparing it for the dyeing process.

2. Simultaneous Bath Application

In certain processes, degreasing agents are used in the same bath as dyeing agents, creating a dual-action system. This innovative approach saves time, energy, and water by combining two essential treatments.

3. Standalone Degreasing

Standalone degreasing is employed as an independent step, particularly for heavily soiled fibers or fabrics. This method ensures that all contaminants, including oils, waxes, and dirt, are thoroughly removed before processing.
