Anti-block is used as an additive for label films

Anti-block polyester chips are mixed into the polymer matrix, and then processed into a film through extrusion or coating techniques. During this process, anti-block polyester chips form an extremely lubricious film on the surface of plastic products, creating a microscopically rough surface structure that reduces adhesion and undesirable effects during winding or adhesion, thus enhancing the processing performance and quality of the film.

It is recommended to dry at 140-160 degrees Celsius for 4 hours to avoid hydrolysis.

Dosage: about 3% for films thinner than 50 microns, and about 2% for films thicker than 50 microns. For the outer layer of BOPET film, add 2.5-3.5%.
