Cationic Polyester Chips for BCF Yarn, mainly used for the development of cellulose-like fibers, with special post-spinning false twist processing, it can develop viscose and cotton-like fibers; It can also be used to some extent as a substitute for nylon 6 fibers.
Cationic polyester chips have a special affinity for cationic dyes, making them more easily absorb dyes during the dyeing process, resulting in vibrant colors and high color fastness.
Cationic dyeable polyester chips come in two varieties: CDP and ECDP. CDP fibers are not suitable for blending with other synthetic fibers.
CDP Characteristics:
These are high-pressure cationic dyeable polyester chips, with dyeing conditions set at 120°C to 130°C and 0.13 MPa.
Advantages of CDP:
ECDP Characteristics:
ECDP chips vary in Tio2 content, offering both bright and semi-dull options. They can be dyed at standard cationic dyeable polyester chip conditions of 95°C to 100°C, under room temperature and pressure.

These chips are primarily used in the development of cellulose-like fibers.
Through specialized post-spinning false twist processing, they can produce viscose and cotton-like fibers.
