Product Details:

Low Melting PET Chip is a specialized type of PET (polyethylene terephthalate) chip that has a lower melting point compared to standard PET chips. It is specifically engineered to exhibit reduced melting temperatures, allowing for easier processing and a wider range of applications.

Used for Hot Melt fiber, Hot Melt Yarn Masterbatch, and extrusion Grade Polymer for Hot-melt Adhesive Glue Coating.

Can also offer a melting point of 90℃, 100℃,110℃,120℃, 160℃, 180℃ and 230 ℃.

Key Features:

  • Lower Melting Point: enables faster and more energy-efficient processing during molding or extrusion, temperature  to 90℃ -160℃
  • Compatibility: can be blended or co-extruded with other PET grades
  • Saving cost: lower energy consumption and reduced processing time

Application:

1. Low Melting Point – 105℃ :

This product is widely utilized in the field of eco-friendly adhesives. Its downstream melting temperature of around 125°C significantly reduces energy consumption, making it an ideal choice for sustainable applications.

2. Low Melting Point – 110℃ :

This product is designed for one-step spinning into FDY filaments. With exceptional fiber stability, it is extensively applied in the production of 3D woven uppers for footwear. Its uniform melting effect at 150°C ensures consistent performance, making it ideal for innovative textile solutions.

3. Low Melting Point – 180℃ :

This product offers a superior balance between thermal crystallization and shrinkage properties, resulting in outstanding elasticity. It serves as a potential alternative to PBT elastic fibers in specific applications, delivering high performance and versatility.

4. Low Melting Point – 230℃ :

This product excels in thermal flowability, closely matching the melting point of masterbatch materials. It enables seamless blending and precision coloration for the production of dyed filaments, ensuring excellent results in high-performance applications.
