This masterbatch is composed primarily of biodegradable resin compounded with nano-scale inorganic fillers. It is specifically designed for use in plastic packaging films, agricultural films, disposable plastic bags, and single-use plastic tableware. The final products degrade naturally through microbial activity, ultimately breaking down into carbon dioxide (CO₂) or methane (CH₄), water (H₂O), inorganic mineral salts of its elemental components, and new biomass.
This product is designed for complete degradation within a short period under composting conditions and has been certified by authoritative institutions to meet environmental standards. The recommended processing temperature for blown film extrusion is approximately 120°C to 150°C, with adjustments based on product type and machine specifications. After processing, the equipment must be thoroughly cleaned with other materials to prevent residual biodegradable material from decomposing inside the barrel, which could lead to blockages during reheating.
