Our halogen-free Flame Retardant Polyester Chips offer a safe and eco-friendly solution for producing flame- resistant fibers. These chips are free from harmful emissions, contributing to cleaner manufacturing processes and end products. The unique structure of phosphorus-based polymer flame retardants used in these chips enhances polyester properties during processing, such as intrinsic viscosity and melt strength. 2. Phosphorus content ranges from 6000 to 15000 ppm.
3. Excellent spinnability with intrinsic viscosity from 0.66 to 0.78.
4. Supports production of fine denier fibers, including 0.5dpf and 150-288dty.

1. Superior Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI) values exceeding 32 under UL94 standards
2. The LOI can be＞35 if improves phosphorus content
3. Can reach VTM-0 grade for advanced fire safety
4. High melt strength
5. Excellent acid and alkali resistance
